		<description><![CDATA[I get the sarcasm of the first paragraph, but there were actually several shootings in NYC last week.  Honestly?  I read the first paragraph and had no idea which one you were talking about.  I&#039;m still focused on  the dog shot in the East Village and the photographs tourists have been taking of the dog&#039;s blood.  And that goes with the tourists who were taking photos of the pools of blood in Times Square after police shot a man there.  Really, I thought this post was going to be about the trend of tourists taking photos of pools of blood and posting them online with the rest of their vacation shots.]]></description>
